Our dual-roller tablet press uses special heat-treated alloy steel rollers that are conglutination-proof, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. Combined with a precision gap-adjusting mechanism and double-gearbox drive, it ensures flawless, high-yield flaking down to 0.15mm thickness without material blockage.
To obtain the classic blistered, crunchy texture of corn flakes, the starch matrix must be roasted instantly. Our high-temperature oven uses advanced electric heating to reach 270°C with uniform convective airflow. This expands the flakes directly without any carbon emissions or air pollution.
